The Challenge
Design and develop the digital assessment center for our much-loved global graduate program “Beyond Borders” and help build a future-fit pipeline of diverse, high-potential graduates reflecting our consumers.
Your Mission

Create an immersive, inclusive, and gamified digital assessment center experience that evaluates graduate talent holistically, beyond resumes and test scores.

Make it a state-of-the-art experience that is engaging, and reflective of what Gen Z values: authenticity, inclusion, purpose, innovation, and digital-first interaction.

Ensure the assessment center helps to identify the potential of our candidates based on the Korn Ferry Learning Agility framework (Mental, Change, People & Results).

Incorporate a look and feel that is unique to Beiersdorf and enables the candidates to experience our USP as an Employer of Choice (briefing package will be provided)
